Q: Do I get my money back in case I cancel my booking?

At any time up to 7 days before departure , you can change the dates of your campervan hire free of charge or exchange the hire amount for a Caracolvan voucher. If due to any unforeseen circumstances you cannot come to enjoy your vacation vacation with the camper van and you let us know a month or more in advance, we will refund 100% of the total amount. If you let us know up to 15 days before, 75%. And one week before, 25%. But if you cancel the reservation of your rental in less time we will not be able to make any refund.
