The Kite World Cup is back. It kicks off next weekend in Tarifa. The ninth round of the PKRA (Kiteboarding World Championships) returns to the "Mecca of the wind" after several years. The event, which will be held during the first week of September on Los Lances beach, Tarifa, will also coincide with a new round of the Virgin Kite Surfing Armada.

New Guinness record

The Virgin Kite Surfing Armada will be led in Tarifa by Gisela Pulido and Sir Richard Branson, who will once again attempt to break the Guinness record of 318 kiters simultaneously sailing the same mile as was achieved at the previous event on Hayling Island, United Kingdom.

Tarifa Pro Kite Tour 2014

After passing through countries like Panama, Morocco, France, Egypt, and Germany, the PKRA arrives in Spain, once again in Tarifa, where the best kiters of the moment will gather and the spectacle is guaranteed. Hurry, we still have camper van rentals available for those days!
