Can I reduce the amount of the camper van deposit?
Yes, you can if you contract the All Risk Insurance reduces the deposit and your responsibility on the van to 500 Euros.
Can I leave Spain with a Caracolvan Camper?
Yes, you can go to Portugal, one of the preferred destinations of our clients, you only have to contract an extra insurance coverage for that. If you want to visit another European country, contact us and we will explain the conditions. Visiting Morocco is not possible with any of our camper vans. Camper vans for rent
Can I go by car to pick up my Caracolvan Camper?
Of course you can. In El Puerto de Santa Maria, Cadiz, Andalusia, Spain you have the possibility to park your car for free.
What should I do in case of a van breakdown?
Our rental vans are new models and in perfect running order. They are checked after each rental, but if in spite of everything they suffer a breakdown, do not worry, they have roadside assistance 24 h. Contact with us and we will send our assistance wherever you are, which will try to solve the problem right there. If not, we will do everything possible to repair the motorhome as soon as possible or exchange it for another Camper with similar characteristics, if it is not feasible to repair yours.
Do I get my money back in case I cancel my booking?
At any time up to 7 days before departure, you can change the dates of your campervan hire free of charge or exchange the hire amount for a Caracolvan voucher. If due to any unforeseen circumstances you cannot come to enjoy your vacation vacation with the camper van and you let us know a month or more in advance, we will refund 100% of the total amount. What shoul I do to return the Caracolvan motorhome?
Simply be at the time and place indicated in the rental agreement with the motorhome in the same state in which we delivered it. That means, clean, both internally and externally (the sheets and towels are washed by us), with the full fuel tank and the dirty water tanks (gray and black) empty. Otherwise, we will have to deduct from the amount of the deposit the corresponding charges for each service (fuel, cleaning …).
